More advanced testing, repair and full service work is undertaken at our repair centre in Sydney, using genuine manufacturers replacement parts. All vaporiser service records are maintained permanently in our computerised hospital data base system.

In all cases, unless otherwise requested by the customer, your own vaporisers are returned. Although we can offer service exchange, we believe that quality assurance is best served by hospitals retaining possession of vaporisers. We can facilitate service by provision of loan vaporisers and rapid turnaround. AAS vaporiser service is in accordance with the Abbott loan agreement.
